On the actual day of Ryan's birthday (19th) we had another mocha cake just for the 3 of us.

Mocha cake was a hit! You can't see it but there's a missing corner going into his mouth!
"Mommy, can I open my presents now?"It wasn't quite like that but Ryan did show more interest in the present opening than he did at Christmas. He actually tore the paper away from a couple of the gifts!
Such a look of concentration.
The present from mommy and daddy. Daddy is demonstrating, it didn't take long for Ryan to figure it out. The next day he was banging the balls and putting them back to be banged again.
"Yeah! The balls came out!! That's all I really wanted!"
The biggest hit of the evening was the maracas from grandma and grandpa. Shake, shake, shake all day and all night!
