Christmas Tree!

The last Saturday in November saw our family bundle up and head out the door in search of a Christmas Tree. This is the first tree we've gone out to cut down since Ryan was born and it was quite the adventure!
Ryan was amazed at how many trees there were to choose from and was bouncing from tree to tree. We finally found 'the one' and prepared to cut it down. (No, we were not letting Ryan run around with the sawm he just got to hold it for this picture!)
Ryan 'helping' Daddy cut down the tree.
Pulling the tree back to the truck - Ryan only helped for 2 minutes and then he started falling into the snow bank every few feet the rest of the way back. Needless to say it took us a while to get back to the truck - but it was fun!

Back at home we finally got the tree cut down to fit our small space and got the lights put on. Now Ryan could help hang some decorations. He was interested and hung a couple of them but then he lost interest and let Chris and I finish off while he drank his milk and watched.
Unfortunately, I don't yet have a picture of the complete tree, but it looks lovely - you'll just have to take my word for it!
